Dan Ni is an assistant professor at the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University. She received her PhD from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University and was a joint PhD. student at Warrington School of Business, University of Florida, USA. Her work has appeared in Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, among others.
