Seminar introduction：
Critical Thinking is an advanced philosophical skill of judgment involving inference, self-regulation, interpretation, evaluation, empathy of explanations, and a high level of knowledge and logical. This seminar exams the psychological aspects of a thought from a neuron, our human behaviors (instinctual, primate, and aspects of psyche - which will also touch on human behavioral disorders). The mind is commonly overruled HY emotional paralysis which is often the reasons for poor judgment and outbursts. The seminar further examines thought into forms of reasoning such as doctoring, forms of logic, empirical evidence, the scientific reasons and methods as well as other forms such as rationality and contrasting. To further understand the abilities of the human mind, we examine the dimensions of thought with the hierarchy or knowledge allowing proper conclusions and summaries which in the final chapter uses judicial summary methods such as IRAC - the formal form of legal summary used in the legal system and system of courts.
Speaker: Dr. Meiji Fong is an Ivy league graduate from his Masters and Doctorate programs graduating with Magna Cum Laude in the United States. He has served on multiple Government and Private Commissions and Societies; whereas his executive roles for investment, finance, economic policy and geo-political economics. His experiences also served in China as a China Peoples Political Consultative Conference committee member in economic policy; the Thai Government for Financing projects in Cambodia and Singapore; Planned and advised on the restructuring of Vietnam’s distress market and debt markets. Dr. Fong continues to service the financial markets specifically in the fund management industry a Director for the Market Intelligence division of Madison Hedge Fund, G.P., and an Executive Director of Madison Global Assets Management Co., Ltd.; and holds several directorships with other funds of alternative asset classes.
